| Emeraldegg 09/23/18 6:37:37 PM #181: | It's not so much the qb being the star in of himself, as it is them making the offense roll and the game more enjoyable to watch as a whole. Offense sells. Defense doesn't. So if you have a bunch of scrubs manning the offense, there's no offense. I don't mind them changing the game to protect qbs but they also need to make concessions to the defense to keep the game balanced. Otherwise why even trot a defense out there? If they keep skewing the game more and more in favor of offense, then pretty soon you won't have anyone who wants to play defense. Maybe let there be 12 defensive personnel or something. --- I'm a greener egg than the eggs from dr. seuss ... Copied to Clipboard! |
