Dr Doom is like baby Thanos. They'd have to go cosmic. More Cosmic than they already are. Doom has become a legit god multiple times though He does in both ~~Secret Wars when he steals the power of The Beyonder(s) and a similar thing happens in Doomwar when he basically siphons power from all the Wakandan vibranium~~ Plus he is one of the most menacing comic book characters ever designed.
