| MariaTaylor 09/14/18 12:39:29 AM #145: | don't really care enough to try and 'convince' anyone of anything, but I will say that ADWD is basically all of the missing characters and chapters from AFFC while also continuing the story a bit further. it's also generally considered to be a much better book overall. if you got through AFFC you should be able to finish ADWD as well... not to mention stopping now would be like spending all that time unwrapping your cake and then not eating it. though I do fully agree the idea of having to spend one entire book just 'unwrapping the cake' is a really bad decision (I blame the editors as much as GRRM's writing for this), but the reality is that you've ALREADY gotten past that point so it's not like you need to sink in any additional hours. you're already there. --- ~* Now I only see your dull imposter ~* https://imgur.com/tdhOSKc ...
