I don't do any "active" games. I do a lot of walking and a little of yoga. And by "a lot of walking" I mean racking up ridiculous numbers. This is in my self-containment topic, but I got 20,100 steps Monday and 15,400 yesterday. Absolutely absurd numbers for someone who works a desk job!

My medications are making it tougher to shed more weight. I gained 40 pounds because of one - and despite still being on it, I lost all that weight. I'm going to try to reduce my doe so I can shed even more. I have the freedom to do so because this is a "use what is necessary to control your pain" Gabapentin prescription. If I take one 300mg less a day, I think I can manage my weight better. I'm reducing it one day a week at a time. I think 900mg total a day is enough for me at the point I am at. The other prescriptions are wholly necessary and are less tied to weight gain, but it can still exist as a side effect.

It's really just eating better and walking more that's doing this. Burn more calories, consume fewer. Boom.
