| baubeta 09/12/18 9:51:24 AM #7: | I'd say it's closer to 5. I went from having 0 definition to playing the game at a top-1% level. I come from the DDR world so I'm really good at these games. I've been playing it an hour a day for ninety strait days, so I'm going to assume it's been worth something. If not that's fine. Ya, pure CICO. I just don't eat that much. The bars are great because a lot of the times I'm kind of hungry and kind of bored. Instead of eating a real meal I have a 170 calorie bar and it keeps me satisfied for several hours. I've been a skinnny guy my whole life. I got put on these meds that made me gain 80 pounds in six months. Now I'm off them and losing weight about as fast as I gained it.
