The feeling of an empty stomach is all you will know. Option 2- You'll always feel turned on and aroused, no matter what you do to relieve yourself of that feeling. The word 'orgasm' has no meaning for you. Option 3- You'll always feel like you are hot, no matter the actual temperature. You're practically the polar opposite of Mr. Freeze from the Batman series. All Options- Your brain is literally changed to always feel the way that you pick. Doing anything drastic will not help (Examples such as downing an entire bottle of appetite suppressors everyday, removing a certain body part of yours, or standing in the middle of the Antarctic). Your 'death' is the only 'cure' for it.
