Nobody is allowed in the rear deck when the motor is running, unless they are fully seated. Hitting the throttle while someone is standing up is dangerous on any sized boat, and was a reckless act by the driver under any circumstances. The father seemingly fell, and right into the throttle, unfortunately. It wasnt a reckless act by the driver, just a worst case scenario of awful luck: Full Throttle posted... He happened while on an outing on the Kemp Channel as his 48 y/o father, Jason and 6 others were on board the 25ft Dorado when Jason lost his balance and fell and hit the throttle. The suddenly acceleration sent Hayden flying into the water and he went head first to the propellers as his father broke his LEG from the fall!! --- Live action Hungry Hungry Hippos though, now that was a sport. ~Aeon Azuran ...
