While both of them suck, they at least had something interesting about them. DoorMatt was a nonentity in the game, had the personality of, well, a doormat, and was overwhelmingly generic. Jenn City was at least interesting despite being a nonentity in the game and having little personality despite her appearance. Chef Joe had personality even though he wasn't overly interesting. And, as Dante said, he did endure headbutts from a Hantz. While both are duds, neither was as bad as DoorMatt. And yeah, if we're talking Survivor, Wholia Landauer is the ultimate dud.
