Nova had the advantage of permanent stealth and gunz and full access to all of her showings except psiblasting, in comparison to Kerrigan. The issue is that yeah, she's the face of Starcraft so just axing her (or turning her into a PS) feels bad, for similar reasons to why we can't cut Dante for Nero just because the latter is more quantifiable.
