You can run him with Dispel + Protectga or whatever if you do that and still let him have something to do when he doesn't need to dispel so it could matter. But no I'm not picking for a while. At least not till as many fest luckies as can appear do. Honestly leaning Vanille's Burst right now. Seems like one of the better bursts in the game and my healing is FFXIII is garbo.
