None of these things are exclusive to rich people and can be achieved by any other income group, arguably its easier for them with welfare. Regardless, the victim card is still played and its the rich man keeping everyone else down.

The logic of your argument applies equally to the rich/poor dynamic, since some poor people become rich (like Bill Gates) and some rich people become poor
