Under white privilege it is assumed that all white people start ahead of people of other races and ethnicities. The reality is not all white people do. When people do come from 0 and pull themselves up by their bootstraps it is discreditted and only happened because theyre white. This goes on to be a long list of bullshit like

The cops didnt shoot him because hes white
She got that job because she was white
He got into college because hes white
That club doesnt let black people in
Etc.

No, that white guy didnt reach for an officers gun, she had the qualifications for that job, he had good enough grades to get into college, and Jim Crow days are over.

None of these things are exclusive to whites and can be achieved by any other race, arguably its easier for them with affirmative action. Regardless, the victim card is still played and its the white man keeping everyone else down.

It's not that white people start ahead of other races, though that is generally true, too.

It is the societal barriers that blacks face which whites don't in several different areas of life. That's all. It doesn't mean anyone gets where they are 'just' because they're white, just that it is easier because they are white.

You seem to understand the concept that things can be easier for certain groups of people, since you acknowledge things might be easier for minorities due to affirmative action, so would you like the evidence of things like discrimination against blacks in the criminal justice system and hiring processes?
