I'm not going to pay them to watch or even be forced to skip even more advertising for programming. The next step is pharmaceutical ads and car ads which is exactly why I'd left Hulu originally. Well, you not paying for a service to not watch commercials. You're paying for a service to watch the shows they have whenever and wherever you want. You can watch newer shows any place & any time at a cheaper cost than most cable services. The commercials themselves are only like 2 minutes or so instead of the regular tv commercial lengths. And you can still do whatever like get a drink or play on your phone. As someone else also said, there is a commercial free tier. And I believe that's still cheaper than cable.
