And plus, at this point the reader is so invested that they have to know how it resolves A: Thats a nice dig at the theory, myself, and Battler. Nicely player, Bernkastel. Battler: Was she hurt because I hurt her? If I didnt think I hurt her was she never hurt? A: This is a VERY disturbing thought. This is about a woman who cant fight back an a man who actively wants to damage her. Then you think of Kinzo who was all lock you in a cage and there are some rape-y undertones here. What if Battler did something bad and he was too young to understand? Or what if he lived to be an old man and hes thinking back to his life of sin?
