If someone does something wrong the then the victim gets to decide whatever punishment they want, even if its far worse than what was done to them? We have laws to enforce punishment when the victim is incapable of seeking it out themself. Even the weak deserve to get retribution. Far-Queue posted... I've been robbed at gunpoint, and still wouldn't want the thief dead. Over a few lousy dollars? No one needs to die over a little money.
