Wild Wild Country - it's a documentary about the Rajneeshpuram in Oregon, probably one of the best documentaries I've ever seen.

Flint Town - Another documentary series, about the police force in Flint, MI over the span of 2016 as they deal with a new mayor, the water crisis and the election.

Silver Spoon () - Not quite a Netflix original but I don't think they have it on Amazon. It's a Russian drama about the son of an oligarch who winds up pissing his dad off and getting forced into working for the police force. It starts off hokey but it has a lot of emotional moments in it, some good action, policing, comedy and drama. So friggin' good.

Person of Interest - Also not a Netflix original, but I have to recommend it just because of how deep and outstanding the plot is. The entire show has that feeling of generic CBS crime drama (a la CSI, Criminal Minds), especially moreso in the first couple seasons, since that's what the network heads wanted. But it really has an intriguing story to it.
