Topic	What was the ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL split in your city???

Is it more years for the one that didn't do as well on their test because they may need more schooling? Or more for the ones doing better because they want to "Help them succeed" more(That sounds kind of bad the way I put it)?
