Topic	Bethesda threatened someone with legal action for selling their games -_-

Now I'm no big city lawyer, but it seems to me that if the man owned an unopened copy of a game and then tried to sell it then he'd be selling a pre-owned game. =p New in this case is just factory sealed. A game can still be new and pre-owned for cases like that. They should have gone after Ebay years ago since many sellers on there sold factory sealed games as new. Amazon has authorized resellers, ebay largely doesn't, though.
