I thought season 2 of Love Live had as much drama as season 1 did, and it was also drama I liked significantly less than the stuff from season 1. I'd agree that it had drama but I thought it was significantly improved from the drama in S1. That said, Love Live Sunshine is top tier idol anime because what little drama it has is the actual good kind of drama.
