Alright, you know what? Let's do this. I wrote up quick thoughts for all the NON-MECH NEUTRALS. If this goes over, we'll do mechs tomorrow, the mech classes the day after, and we'll hit the other classes on the weekend.

Arcane Dynamo

Rating: low
Comment: There are some classes that might profit from this. Discovering a spell 5+ probably benefits classes like mage and druid mostly. I'm not going to look at the complete spell list, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's *one* class that ends up liking this guy. Especially in a Spiteful deck.

Augmented Elekk

Rating: high potential
Comment: Spider tank with upside. The ability could lead to a LOT of spiders, or Un'goro packs, or rogue gang up dude procs. There might be a deck there with those and the pogo hoppers, but somehow I doubt it. I think this card's probably overrated.

Brainstormer
https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/cards/brainstormer/
Rating: awful
Comment: It *could* be a 3/10, but realistically even in a spell-heavy deck, it wouldn't be better than a 3/5. And if you're running a spell-heavy deck, do you want *this* to be your minion of choice?

Cloakscale Chemist

Rating: low
Comment: Stealth and Divine Shield were kinda maybe okay on Silent Knight, but on a 1/2 for 2? Highly unlikely this will be used unless someone REALLY wants a sticky minion.

Crystallizer

Rating: awesome
Comment: A 1/3 for 1 is always going to get attention. This one also puts damage on your hero without actually losing life, which facilitates damage strategies, healing strategies, and just generally strengthens a priest game. This is potentially a fantastic card.

Electrowright

Rating: low
Comment: Much better than Brainstormer because at least it's more consistent. Reminds me of the 4/4 for 3 in GvG, but with a condition some decks -- notably big mage -- will fill pretty easily. Still, I don't know if a 4/4 for 3 is actually *good* in 2018.

Giggling Inventor

Rating: high
Comment: Superb anti-aggro tech. If odd paladin becomes a problem, this guy is going to be everywhere. Also could be useful in mech decks, so maybe he should get mentioned on the mech list, too, but mostly I just see him as a 2/1 that deploys two annoy-o-trons.

Harbinger Celestia
https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/cards/harbinger-celestia/
Rating: awful
Comment: A 4 mana 5/6 with stealth, and no immediate downside, and it's terrible! Unless I'm misinterpreting, your opponent just has to drop a 1/1 and that's now what you have to show for 4 mana. Only time I see this being good is if you're playing against big priest. Too easy to play around most of the time.

Holomancer
https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/cards/holomancer/
Rating: Abysmal
Comment: So each time your opponent creates a minion -- from a card -- you get a 1/1 copy. In niche cases, maybe a token generator. But I cannot think of situations outside of mirror matches where I'm likely to want the specific minions my opponent has teched into his deck. I guess maybe in some cases, it keeps some nasty deathrattles off the board until he's dealt with...but it's a 3/3 for 5.
