BUT if he can partner with the EU and stop engaging our allies in antagonistic trade practices, I think singling out China could go very well. I just wonder if this always needed to be done to change the status quo and too many times presidents were more worried about pissing people off to do it. If they are only happy when they are benefitting off of you, are they really your friends?
