Black Cat = Catwoman
Dr. Strange = Dr. Fate
Thanos = Darkseid
Deadpool = Deathstroke
Quicksilver = The Flash

That's less about the movies and more about the comics.

The initial post is more pointing out how the DC movies are basically shoehorning certain characters into specific roles and archetypes, even in cases where they don't necessarily have those archetypes in the comics themselves.

The recent movies definitely mimic the Marvel movies in a lot of ways. If anything, that's part of the problem with the DC movies - trying to copy elements of Marvel's success without understanding why it succeeded in the first place, and thus using it "wrong" and not benefiting from it. They'd have been better off trying to understand their own characters, then presenting them in ways the audience would accept.
