My guess is they're announcing a set of Women's tag team titles, to drag out this Sasha/Bayley storyline even longer and make it even more insufferable. They also already had a Cruiserweight Championship in the past, but they still called TJ Perkins the "first ever WWE Cruiserweight Champion" when he won the CWC a couple years ago.
