It's delusional to think that the DNC hack and wikileaks shit (even ignoring all of the other stuff) might have swung the election by an entire 0.7%? Not anymore than the birther movement, which was also predicated on disinformation. Hillary was a worse candidate than Obama though I dont think anyones saying that Russias disinformation efforts are the ONLY reason Trump won.
