Good lord, Back Street Girls is going to get really crazy later on if the anime covers far enough into the manga. Borrowing these *spoilers* from /a/:

>media gets hold of information about how back street girls (boys) are a bunch of transvestites
>boss tries to think of a way to damage control but can't
>boss announces that someone in the group indeed did get a gender reassignment surgery and says he'll disclose all the information at the next formal event
>boss chops his own dick off (off-screen, I would assume)
>boss reveals his no benis to the crowd saying he chopped his dick off in order to understand the girls better since he's technically their producer
>number of fans skyrocket because they get touched by how dedicated boss is



This is some next level insanity right here. I need a nap just to give my brain time to recover.
