You can post what you have on there and people can search for your stuff and then message you in-game to trade with you. Trades must be done in-game. https://warframe.market/ - Everything non-riven trading. Similar setup to WFTrader, except it's for everything else that's not a riven. And here you can actually post that you're looking to buy things. So if you've got something to sell you can either post it on the site or simply search for people wanting to buy it and message them directly with your offer. I've personally had some success with wftrader.com already. I've sold a few garbage rivens for 20-30 plat apiece so far. I have a couple of better ones up on there at the moment and I'm asking for a few hundred. No bites on the big ones yet, but it's only been a couple days. That's the beauty of the sites. You post it and then you just move on with your day. If someone wants it, they'll get ahold of you. Trade chat in-game is a joke.
