When I first started I was trying to get a couple mods for my Hek and having awful luck. I mentioned it in the chat and within a minute 3 different people PM'd me and offered to just give me the mod because they had a bunch already. The community really is pretty great overall. One of the best gaming communities I've ever been a part of, tbh.
