While I was cleaning it, I realized I might as well just get rid of the case since it's unlikely to add resale value (and, even I if I did decide to someday sell it, it's unlikely anybody would buy it), it has no real display value, and the case takes up more room. Now I'm somewhat debating on getting rid of a bunch of cases for my junkier DS/3DS games since the carts themselves are so damn tiny.
