They're even below the aforementioned Qatar (ranked 112). Ignoring that the fact that you're trolling yet again, the CATO Institute is a right-leaning (some would say far-right-leaning, given its ties to the Koch Brothers) think tank with substantial biases. It's how a country using pretty literal slave labor (Qatar) could rank above Russia for human rights. But sure, feel free to write off a world leading, fully developed nation because of McCarthyism 2.0. Instead, you could have voted for some of the round's other top choices -- Rwanda and Republic of the Congo. I look forward to you discussing and justifying them moving onto the next round instead of Russia. None of what you said changes the fact that Russia a human rights hellhole and I'd include the other hellholes in my list if they moved on. But they didn't so it's irrelevant goalpost moving from you. Yelling that someone is trolling because they don't like a country that you like is pretty immature but that's just par for the course for you.
