The fact that they wouldn't have been able to get that far and therefore cause no harm is a pretty huge consideration, as you're locking up people over a non-offense. So if you're more concerned with locking up people for being willing to commit a crime should the stars impossibly line up correctly rather than because they're an actual threat, mission accomplished. faramir77 posted...
