While it's a weaker Disney film (storywise; the animation is still really good and the soundtrack is great), Avatar is absolute shit. Both films are annoying preachy and heavy on virtue-signalling, though.

Very little character development, John and Pocahontas 'fall in love' right away despite only knowing each other for like an hour or two.

Because that never happens irl? >_> And keep in mind that John was at sea for a really long time without women around.

Yeah, and they're the kind of people who think the only people who are people are the people who look and think like them. They've never walked in the footsteps of a stranger so they never learned things they never knew they never knew.
