That would be a reasonable assertion if any of these people pushed for bodily autonomy beyond abortion. The amount of support out there for other things that would fall under the purview of bodily autonomy such as drug legalization, suicide, or self-mutilation is non-existent in comparison. It seems though that these people only care about bodily autonomy insofar as their ability to kill their unborn children.

And to call expected outcome of sex "punishment" is moronic. Having children is literally the purpose behind sex, everything else positively associated with sex is a side effect to encourage procreation.

Again, I support abortion, but it shouldn't be an issue that someone should make their voting decisions on. Especially considering people don't typically support any other form of killing for convenience.
