| Jen0125 07/01/18 5:27:15 PM #17: | i'm not sure why it's difficult but it's commonly said by train experts that if you're on the tracks with your back facing the train it can be difficult to hear until it's too late to get off the track. and a lot of times the conductor can't see you to blow the whistle until it's too late. i think it has more to do with the speed of travel vs sound vs time than actually being able to not hear it. --- https://imgur.com/4ihiyS2 "I am not gay!
