I think the glint (which is +Ice Armor 2 birds) is kinda important for the strategy to work too, since you can get the meter for that fast and it ramps up the damage of the Arcane and Snowspells pre-chain fairly significantly. The relics I got for Squall fell into place very nicely. No waste. Not sure what I'll do if I get any next fest if I get Celes stuff when I'm drawing for Rydia stuff.
