tbh, NPR was interviewing people at the Harley plant -- who also have layoffs in the near future -- and most of the guys they talked to blamed the company rather than Trump, mentioning that none of this was new and the company had been heading in that direction anyway. Well, considering that people *not* working at the company blame Trump, you'd think people with a more personal stake might. Granted, at least one self-ID'd as a Trump voter -- and said that he'd vote for him again -- and another noted that with the improved economy, they'd likely be able to find jobs elsewhere. I guess the rest must have some insights that undercut Harley blaming tariffs.
