When they're fleeing the scene of a murder and very possibly armed though waiting for them to literally pull a gun borders on naivete and I don't think you'd hold someone you didn't have an agenda against to that standard, even if we happen to agree in this case that shooting the guy wasn't yet warranted. --- No problem!
