Enough relics for those realms and too many dupes or characters that just aren't interesting. 1, 2, 3, 15/etc are go because of the small relic pools and my lack of coverage. 6, 7, 10 are go because I like a lot of stuff in those. 4 and 5 on the fence. --- No problem!
