Looking at the fangraphs leaderboard now, the Cards are 25th in reliever WAR and the Rockies are a spot below, but fangraphs pitching WAR is based on FIP instead of runs allowed. The Rockies pen has a 5.75 ERA! That's actually only marginally worse than the Royals at 5.67, and the Royals are at the very bottom in WAR.
