Looks like I can decide what order to raise each of the main stats, and for every bubble I spend resources on, the character level raises by one. I can't find an answer written anywhere. Is it possible for the character to max out their stats by opening all the bubbles eventually, or are there more bubbles than the level cap? Meaning I have to be smart in what stats to spend on?
