In Canada's most played lottery game called "Lotto Max", the most you can ever win is 60 MILLION...and like most lotto corporations down south, you have the option of taking weekly payments to your grand win or a lump sum...however, the difference is in the United States, it ISN'T tax free and should you win the daily double, you will be subjected to the highest tax bracket...but in Canada, it's tax free and you won't be taxed at the highest rate even though you're now a multi millionaire...

Since Canada's is government run, if the jackpot is not claimed in one week, the amount gets carried over until it reaches 60 million..however, if it gets carried over again, that number doesn't change and it stays at 60 million but the money that's carried over will then be put into "maxi-millions". meaning they run 7 numbers AGAIN and if people have tickets that match those 7 numbers, they win a MILLION!!

so for example, if 15 million gets carried over, they do a random set of numbers draw 15 times and people can still win but only a million dollars..this is the fair approach where there can be multi-millionaires if they're lucky enough to match it if they didn't match the big prize..
