Not much explanation on how Hulk got to Sakaar. They could have done the Planet Hulk movie that lead into Ragnarok
How was there anything needed beyond what was there? The ship he was on at the end of Age of Ultron flew into space and through a wormhole and ended up there. Theres really not much more to it.
Heck, they even dealt with it thematically. After AoU, Hulk was hated on earth and wanted nothing more than to be lost. Sakaar is the place where all lost things eventually find their way to. ---
