Topic | being a night owl is the worst |

Going to bed at a suitable time to wake up for such a job helps, but my circadian rhythm still gravitates toward sleeping 2-10 rather than 11-7. If I go to bed earlier, I just end up sleeping for longer. I can make 11-7 work, but it requires an alarm and a conscious struggle to pull myself out of bed in the morning. --- This is my signature.
