I say Sleeping Beauty, aside from a fantastic and charismatic villain in Maleficent you also have fun protagonists in the form of the Fairies (since they bicker and banter a lot) and a very distinct artstyle where the landscapes are concerned. If I recall right they were all drawn up on actual tapestries, and it makes the movie as a whole very entertaining on the eyes~. I think aside from some of the early ones (Bambi and Fantasia mainly) Sleeping Beauty has some of the best art in the entire canon. It's beautiful.
