You're not helping the incels when you tell them "work in yourself so women will like you".

The incels will put work on themselves and expect women to stop rejecting them, which will be met with varying degrees of success. Plus it will drive the message that women are simply superficial, frivolous entities that don't want you (the incel) or you,they are just into the extra muscle you put on, the pounds you shed, the thousands your bank account increased and the better your social skills got (which is true, but still).

Incels need to be taught that they have to work to better themselves for themselves. They will be ultimately happier and have more friends once they're leaner, stronger, faster, smarter, wealthier and more stylish. They do it for themselves. If women happen to follow after all those improvements, then it's a nice bonus, and they may even play the role of the Chad that hits it and quits it in time!

This will help quench their anger and frustration
