Topic	Wtf is the secret in succeeding in higher education (after high school/college?

I can't do math harder than +, -, /, x. I work at a decent place that pays $20/hr but not enough to pay for one room apartment. I got social anxiety so I got 0 friends and having strangers as roommates is a big no no cause I get paranoid they might fuck with my food or steal my stuff.
