They were killed in Chester, Virginia by a train travelling from Georgia to New York as the accident happened before 5pm Locals said they saw people walking on the tracks all the time since it's a popular shortcut but never heard something like this happening.. Police said they were with a group of people standing on the tracks when they were hit. Family said Presley was with 3 other friends using the tracks to get to softball practice The teens were waiting for a freight train to pass in one direction but diddn't hear or see the train approaching on the opposite.. First responders arrived but they were instantly killed as their remains were "NOT IDENTIFIABLE" because of the force of the train that hit them at the speed it was going... Video shows a passenger on board the train to attempt to tell someone of the teens on the tracks but it was too late. Samuel was in the JROTC program at Clover Hill High School as he wanted to join the Marines.. Presley was in 7th grade who was a softball player at Elizabet David Middle School David Lowman, a local said the situation is heartbreaking and tragic because young people cross that train path all the time..
