| Snake5555555555 04/28/18 1:52:18 AM #126: | I'm a little bit more than halfway through The Terror, and damn do I love this show. I really enjoy how the monster is basically the LEAST scary party of it all. I'm pleasantly surprised that most of the true, genuine horror comes from the question of survival and how each episodes builds up a new despair the characters (a terrific cast btw) must at least try to overcome. Much like its characters, the show tries to keep up an aire of hope whilst simultaneously being bombarded with tragedy after tragedy that make it almost unbearable to watch at times (but the grips of its chilly and claustrophobic atmosphere keep you going anyway!). The Terror is definitely not without its squeamish moments too which are always pretty tough to not reel back at, so that's much appreciated.
