The double Vegito Blues will provide your team with 6 Ki by default and at least 200% boosts to HP/ATK/DEF I think. Id use that team to demolish basically all of the story mode and then maybe tackle some Dokkan Fest bosses to Dokkan Awaken your guys and make them even better.
Its sorta hard to say when somebody is really ready or not for them. You can give the stages a try and see how you do. Worse case scenario youd be grinding 3 medals per clear instead of 7 doing the easier stage of the fights. Theyre under Challenge via the Events section. They rotate daily so not all of them are available right now. Youve already got quite a few of the best Heroes/Super type characters in the game so youre off to a very good start. Like the only things youre missing from the top tier Heroes team are INT Gogeta who isnt featured right now so he cant be pulled and PHY SS3 Gotenks.
Also they made it so you can pick up extra medals on the field of the lesser dokkan stages, I got 6 on a zhard stage yesterday. Also personally I'd run ssj4 goku over vegeta and bulma but that's just me
