I fault the political system for making that a necessary move, but her going after PA was the goal she needed to aim for. In hindsight, some of us got caught up in the excitement when she was trying to swing states like Texas and Georgia. She didn't need to do that, but then, maybe that was a good move in a world where Comey doesn't reopen her case right before the election. We'll never know now.
