The issue with this is that the bar for getting put on the sex offenders registry list is pretty low. People can get on that list for peeing outside, having consensual sex in a car, etc. They really need to tighten the leash on who gets on that list if they are making the restrictions more severe.

Imagine arguing for pedophiles.

This part was not arguing for pedophiles. It was arguing for other people put on the list of sex offenders, like two adults that were caught having sex in a car, or someone who had to pee outside. Those shouldn't be put in the same punished category as pedophiles.


But do you have a citation that proves those people aren't pedophiles?


I mean some of them are probably just regular rapists and not child rapists.
